Tell Me More...
Geranium psilostemon 'Catherine Deneuve' is spangled with delicate star-shaped blooms of deep, rich pink from May to August. Each flower has 5 perfect, darkly veined petals which intensify to a rich burgundy heart at the centre. Neat mounds of lush green foliage provide excellent ground cover on all soil types. This special geranium works in the front of borders to fill gaps, adding unusual interest with its toothed foliage and bursts of narrow petalled flowers. These are tough and generous little plants which require minimal maintenance and are generally avoided by all garden pests. Also happy in containers, window boxes and rockeries where their bright and long-lasting blooms will shine forth.Geranium psilostemon 'Catherine Deneuve' prefers a spot in moist, well-drained soil with either full sun or partial shade. A fully-hardy, herbaceous perennial which retains its foliage from March to November each year and requires no winter protection. Grows to a height of 50cm with a spread of 60cm.
