Purchasing goods from Hayloft Plants Ltd will constitute an acceptance of the terms and conditions that are laid out hereof. Hayloft Plants Ltd are dedicated in their mission to supply high quality products with clear and concise guidelines on aftercare. Hayloft Plants Ltd will always strive to provide the best quality product although there may be some disparities in size, shape and colour between specimens. Hayloft Plants Ltd will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a particular item. All artwork used to depict your product is for guidance only.

Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in the delivery area and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction. We will deliver plants when they are fit for purpose and ready for planting. In extremely rare circumstances, we may be unable to fulfil your order. An alternative plant will be chosen by our expert growers and an alternative plant may be dispatched. If you are unhappy with the selected substitute, contact should be made to us where a full refund will be issued.
 

Delivery


Hayloft Plants Ltd’s delivery area is the United Kingdom only. At the time of writing this consists of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highland Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of White, Isle of Man. We do not deliver to the European Union or the rest of the world.

Delivery dates specified in all marketing material are approximate and can change. We will always strive to contact customers where delivery dates cannot be met and where a delay is due to be more than 15 consecutive days.

Most products dispatched from the nursery will be delivered by Yodel. Smaller items may be delivered by Royal Mail.

We will always try to cater for customer requirements inclusive of alternative delivery addresses and holiday dates but cannot be held liable if plants are left in unsuitable conditions by your delivery driver.

When an order consists of several items, these items may not be delivered at the same time.

Upon delivery, please open your parcel immediately, remove plants from their packaging and read through the instructions enclosed.

All packaging components can be recycled apart from the dispatch note.
 

P&P


Postage and Packaging prices are specified on all marketing material and will be added to your basket automatically for purchases made online.

Please note that rates can change for promotional marketing purposes. All products are delivered in sturdy packaging with clearly marked identification labels and cultural notes.

Hayloft Plants Ltd reserves the right to increase the price of P&P in the event of carrier price increases or other unforeseen circumstances at its discretion.
 

Plant Collection


You can collect your items from our main office if you have pre-ordered with our customer care team. We will inform you of when your plants are ready for collection by telephone.

You may place an order on site, but we are unable to pick and pack your plants at the time of order. We are not a publicly open garden centre and are unable to permit or allow customers or members of the public to visit the premises other than for collections of pre-made orders.

Plants are only selected when they have passed our intense quality checks.


Payment


All prices contain VAT where applicable (VAT number above).

We accept most major credit and debit cards except for American Express. cheque and postal orders will need to be made payable to Hayloft Plants Ltd and sent to Hayloft Plants Ltd, Manor Farm Nurseries, Pensham, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 3HB. We also accept PayPal online.

Purchases can be made by post, online or by telephone. (Internet only lines can only be purchased via the website). Payment will be taken at the time of purchase even when delivery dates are not imminent. If, for whatever reason there is a problem with payment authorisation, a member of our customer care team will contact you with further instruction and information.

Vouchers are personal to individual customers and should be used within the designated time frame stated. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further vouchers but can be used solitarily or in conjunction with other payment methods for product only.

We do our utmost to keep all information connected with your order secure but cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from the website, unless this is solely due to our negligence.

 
Security


We are dedicated to enforcing the highest level of security and confidentiality. Credit/Debit card details are not held on file or record. This applies to both offline and online transactions.

All online activity is protected by the GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption to all ensure all sensitive information is safeguarded through every transaction.
 

GDPR


We are registered at the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under number Z5218665.

We collect data to provide you with the best experience with regards to the offers and products available.

You provide some of this data directly to us when you register with us or when you purchase via our website, social media outlets, email campaigns, magazine offers or any other form of marketing material.

The personal information we might collect include your name, address, email address, IP address and the pages that are being accessed on our site on acceptance of our cookie policy.

Transactions are made securely through a third party, featuring the latest authentication techniques such as encryption, tokenisation and real-time fraud screening.

Card details will never be passed through our infrastructure and will never be visible to any internal or external personnel.

We will never sell your data and we promise to keep your details as safe as possible.

Complaints

All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 days.
 

No Quibble Guarantee


We are committed to providing high quality products and services, adhering to a strict ‘No Quibble Guarantee’ policy. If for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, we would be happy to replace or refund the cost of your plants depending on the type of plant ordered.

Postage and packaging will be reimbursed if your entire order is refunded.
 

Vouchers


Hayloft gift voucher and e-vouchers can be used as full payment online, via telephone and by post, or as part payment for goods purchased via telephone and by post.

You cannot buy a gift voucher with another gift card or e-voucher. We ask that you take good care of your gift voucher or e-voucher because we are not able to replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Gift vouchers and e-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

The amount on any one gift voucher or e-voucher must be spent in one order. If your order value is less than the value of the card, you will lose the unspent amount.

Gift vouchers and e-vouchers expire after one year. The date is stated on each individual voucher.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher or e-voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.

Gift vouchers remain the property of Hayloft Plants and are not a cheque guarantee, credit or change card.

Hayloft reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the gift voucher at any time. Your legal rights are not affected.
 

Allergies and toxic/poisonous plants


Some of our plants may be harmful or poisonous to animals and/or humans. Please be careful and study the instructions for these plants carefully and always wash your hands after handling plants.

Hayloft Plants Ltd accepts no liability for allergic reactions or for consequences of interacting with poisonous plants to animals and humans.
 

Governing Law


These terms are governed by English (UK) law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the English (UK) courts.
