Tell Me More...
Erysimum ‘Spring Breeze Sunset’ offers yellow, copper and purple blooms from early spring through to the end of summer. Flowers are held over evergreen, compact, rounded mounds of green-grey foliage. Lightening and brightening the garden just after the spring bulbs have emerged and continue throughout summer, alongside your other perennials. To the delight of florists, each stem lasts 10 days in a vase so these are a valuable addition to your home too, and our pollinating friends are also overjoyed to enjoy a nectar-rich feast. A distant relative of the cabbage family and commonly known as Perennial Wallflowers because they would grow wild on walls or cliffs. Erysimum ‘Spring Breeze Sunset’ will ensure that your garden is a riot of vibrant colour and is a hardy (H4) perennial. Plants prefer to be grown in well-drained soil of any kind except heavy clay, growing to a height and spread of 50-60cm. Position in sun or partial shade and they will happily survive most winters, only needin
