Tell Me More...
One of the earliest spring blooms. Even when the ground is still frozen valiant strong stems with whorls of bell-shaped blooms will appear over rosettes of semi-evergreen foliage from March to July. Preferring moist soil in a shady spot, they can tolerate the poorest clay and will happily flourish under deciduous trees and shrubs in borders or pots.
