Tell Me More...
Compact Surfinia Petunia ‘Deep Red’ will add rich colour to your containers as the scarlet blooms flower from June until October, cascading over the edges of your summer pots and baskets like jewels. Renowned for its fantastic garden performance and weather tolerance, ‘Deep Red’ is easy to grow and maintain so ideal for beginner gardeners. Plant out in April or May, after the final frosts. Prefers a well-drained, loam-based soil in full sun or partial shade with a south or west facing aspect. Deadhead the blooms regularly to encourage more flowers and ensure containers are watered often and fed weekly during summer with dilute liquid fertiliser. H&S: 30cm x 30cm Surfinia Petunia ’Deep Red’ is a tender (H2) annual plant which cannot tolerate frost.
