An exciting, new arrival for 2025 with velvety foliage, serrated leaves and an almost luminous yellow and lime colour palette. Solenostemon scutellarioides ‘Lime Delight’ is ideal for summer planting in pots, baskets or open ground. Colourful enough to be a focal plant as well as an inclusion in carefully collated bedding arrangements. Ideal for filling gaps in the herbaceous border once other spring growth has faded where foliage will add texture, depth and colour. Grows to a height of 70cm with a spread of 55cm. Solenostemon scutellarioides 'Lime Delight' prefers fertile, well-drained soil of any kind. Position in full sun or partial shade with a south or east facing aspect. Classified as a warm temperate (H1c), evergreen perennial it is most frequently grown as an annual. Plants can, however, be relocated into a heated greenhouse or conservatory once temperatures fall below 5°C and then returned outdoors again the following spring as temperatures begin to rise. Also makes a great houseplant.
