Large, blousy reddish pink double petals, surround a mass of ruffled inner petals in late spring and early summer sitting atop glossy green foliage making a beautiful show.Growing to a height of 90cm with a spread of 50cm, Paeonia lactiflora 'Many Happy Returns' will add a splash of colour and elegance to any garden, perfect for a sunny border or a large container, the foliage will add interest long after the blooms have finished. Cut a few blooms and add to a vase for a spectacular display.Thriving in moist, well-drained soil in a sheltered sunny or partially shady spot, your Peony will be adored by local bees and pollinators. Classed as a hardy H6 herbaceous perennial, remove flower heads as they fade, cut foliage back to ground level in the autumn and fresh new growth will appear the following spring.
