Tell Me More...
An award-winning variety at Gardeners World Live 2023, Nemesia 'Melody Morello Ice' is one of 5 new and exciting varieties, each offering lovelier blooms with an intense, sweet perfume. Bred by the renowned Cambridge breeders Kerley & Co, the Melody range is winter hardy and much longer flowering than traditional varieties. A myriad of two-toned white and cherry purple blooms with bright yellow throats almost cover the neat compact mounds of dark green foliage from March to October. Releasing clouds of scent, which bees, butterflies, and other pollinators will be encouraged in for a feast.Ideal for the front of borders, or in containers, Nemesia 'Melody Morello Ice' has been classed as H5 by the RHS, meaning that it will withstand temperatures down to -15 C. An evergreen perennial which prefers to be grown in moist, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade where a mature height and spread of 40cm will be reached.
