Tell Me More...
The Intriguing Eryngium Collection is a garden designer's dream. An aspiring architect of the summer borders which add intense colouration alongside tall, spiky cones of flowers. Sure to draw in the pollinators, along with appreciative eyes which will gaze longingly at the blooms, wanting (but not daring) to touch. Intriguing Eryngium Collection's thistle-like foliage emerges in spring and will last right through to the first frosts, lending frost-kissed tones to the kaleidoscope of colour in the garden. Leaves are topped by captivating, domed cones carrying multiple, miniature, dreamy blue flowers from June to October each year. Each and all of the plants in Intriguing Eryngium Collection are perfect for adding to arrangements, either fresh or dried. Plants themselves are drought tolerant once established and prefer to be planted in well-drained soil which benefits from full sun. S: 60cm. Collection comprises: award-winning x zabelii 'Big Blue' H: 75cm; planum H: 90cm; and 'Pen Blue' H: 60cm
