Festuca glauca Elijah Blue offers stunning mounds of blue-green, thread-like, evergreen foliage which not only enhance your planting, they also create fantastic weed-suppressing groundcover. Short spikes of fluffy, blue-green flowers appear in summer, which fade to buff with age and look enchanting if left over autumn and winter to capture the magical glimmer of frosted mornings.
