Clematis Montana Scented Pink is a wonderful clematis which produces pink flowers with a delightful scent. The flowers are single, large and are in their full glory throughout May and June. This is a floriferous variety, with the wide pink blooms offset beautifully by the abundant lush green foliage. Montana varieties are rightly famed for their ease of growth and vigour. Prefers to be grown in sun or part shade, planted in moist, fertile well-drained soil - ensure the soil does not become too wet, nor too dry. Reaches a mature un-pruned height of 8m and a spread of 3m. This is a Pruning Group 1 clematis which means prune to environment after flowering. 'Scented Pink' can be trained up vertical structures such as a wall, obelisk, fence, and pergolas, or be left to scramble through shrubs. This charming pink clematis with its lovely perfume is one to consider for your garden and will look spectacular in full flower.
