Tell Me More...
The name of this clematis, Clematis Avalanche Blaaval, gives you a clue as to how this flowers and the colour of the blooms. The blooms are pure white, and they cascade down this bushy clematis in such vast numbers, this looks like an Alpine avalanche. This is a spectacular clematis, when in its pomp. Clematis Avalanche Blaaval is evergreen, and over the winter sets itself ready to burst into a flamboyant display of white torrents in the Spring. For early season lightness, brightness and feeling good about the summer ahead, this clematis takes some beating. Clematis Avalanche has a Flower size of 7cm in diameter. which is the biggest flower and the widest foliage of all the cartmanii family of evergreen clematis and climbs to between 2-3 metres making it the highest of this type of clematis. Avalanche can be grown in a pot or in the ground and requires no essential pruning, just trimmed to environment.
