Garden Inspiration
Tell Me More...
Nemesia ‘Karoo White’ will add a beautiful simplicity to your garden, their delicate open mouthed white flowers with a yellow centre sit atop dark green foliage and their sweet scent fills the air. Originating from South Africa and known commonly as Cape Snapdragon, Nemesia ‘Karoo White’ will flower from May to October and is adored by bees and pollinators. Happy to grow in well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade, they will reach a maximum height and spread of 30cm. Classed as half hardy H3 and generally grown as an annual bedding plant, Nemesia ‘Karoo White’ is perennial and with protection through the winter, will flower the following year. Water well in dry spells to maintain flowering and remove spent flowers to encourage a second bloom. Nemesias are perfect for pots and containers, and their weed suppressing qualities also make them excellent when planted in borders, ideal for cottage and informal style gardening.
