How to Care for Bulbs

Where you have ordered a plant with the code beginning ‘BU’ or ‘CO’, you shall receive your chosen variety in the form of a Bulb or a Corm.

Bulbs and Corms come in various sizes - this is not directly relevant to the eventual size of the plant. You do not have to worry about planting immediately on arrival as they will store well in a cool, dry place for a couple of weeks.

Flower Beds and Borders - Step 1:

Dig a hole that is both wide and deep enough for your bulbs – you should double or triple the height and spread of your bulb. If you wish to plant more than one bulb, space them at least twice the bulbs own width apart.

Place your bulbs in the planting hole with their shoot facing upward.
