Boasting large, striking, semi-double and double blooms, which are renowned for their timeless beauty and distinctive floral displays. This collection comprises; x lemoinei 'High Noon' – large, lightly scented blooms up to 20cm in diameter, in bright shades of golden yellow with a touch of red on each blousy petal, height 2m and spread 1.5; rockii 'Flare Carte Blanche' - double, white blooms up to 20cm across with a delicate lavender flare at the base of each petal, height 2m, spread 1.5m; and rockii 'Flare Vintage' – blousy blooms in sugary pink shades, with trademark dark blotch on each petal, height and spread 1.2m. Hardy to around -15°C, this resilient and low-maintenance choice for gardeners will thrive in full sun to partial shade and prefers in any well-drained soil. Tree peonies are drought-tolerant once established, the woody stems do not require staking, and create a graceful, upright habit.
