Petunia ‘Blueberry Star’ will flourish in your summer garden, showing off delectable purple-blue blooms. Bred for the ever so unpredictable UK weather, this variety is sure to become a favourite all around the country for gardeners. Bees and butterflies just love the pretty nectar-filled flowers, flying and visiting with regularity. Trailing blooms are a staple of petunias, with this one being no different, cascading softly over the edge of hanging baskets and patio containers. Trumpet-like blooms bring a uniqueness to displays, growing in uniform and neatly. Hardy and reliable, Petunia ‘Blueberry Star’ blooms with vigour from early summer in June, right through to the first frosts in October. Velvet blooms will shine in the sun and bring a textural feel to patio or small garden growing.
Prefers to be planted in moist but well-drained soil in full or partial sun. Grow as a tender perennial, where it will withstand down to around 5°C, potentially becoming damaged below that. H: 30cm S:
