Flowering long and hard from early summer until autumn, Calibrachoa ‘Can-Can Double Dark Yellow’ produces an abundance of golden, semi-double, ruffled blooms. Flowers are small and bell-shaped, resembling a miniature version of botanical relative the petunia and appearing in abundance from June through to October time. This calibrachoa is perfect for hanging baskets, containers, and window boxes, possessing a loose yet neat appearance and a gently trailing habit. Plants in this genus are ‘self-cleaning’, meaning they shed spent flowers on their own, negating the need to deadhead. Calibrachoa ‘Can-Can Double Dark Yellow’ prefers any well-drained soil or compost in full sun or partial shade. A tender, evergreen perennial which is usually treated as an annual in the UK. Alternatively, container grown plants may be overwintered in a frost-free environment for continued perennial growth (a warm greenhouse or conservatory is ideal). H&S: 30cm x 30cm, trailing to around 50cm.
