If you are looking for a new and exciting addition to your summer bedding plants this year - look no further than Pelargonium 'Mosquitaway Eva'. Bringing all the positive attributes of Regal pelargoniums to the garden, alongside lemon scented leaves which will act as an excellent insect deterrent (in much the same way as citronella-based products do). Flowers are produced from May to October and are smaller in size than Regal pelargoniums yet have the intricacy of pattern and colour which is so admired. As well as being scented, foliage is compact and bushy with serrated edges for further interest.Pelargonium 'Mosquitaway Eva' is ideal for planting near an outside dining area or patio so that you can dine 'al fresco' without pesky mosquitoes spoiling the experience. Compact enough to be grown in a pot on a table top too - reaching a maximum height and spread of 30-40cm. Pelargonium Mosquitaway Eva' prefers a spot in a moist, well-drained soil which benefits from full sun or part shade. As a tender perennial, plants will need overwintering in a frost-free environment.
