Garden Inspiration
Tell Me More...
An elegant and elaborate pelargonium which is drawn from the coveted world of Regal Geraniums. These semi-evergreen perennials bear sophisticated, yet vibrant, blooms from May to October. Pelargonium grandiflorum 'Elegance Adriana' draws its name from the Latin ‘Hadrianus’ meaning from the Hadria, an ancient city in Italy. An alluring newcomer, 'Elegance Adriana' will be admired for its velvety, serrated leaves and distinctly marked petals, which appear to have been delicately stroked by a painter’s brush. Hardy enough to live outside during summer, Pelargonium grandiflorum 'Elegance Adriana ' will flower her socks off for you with little care and maintenance aside from deadheading. Once the weather turns colder and temperatures are consistently below 5°C, plants should be brought indoors for protection over the winter if you wish to reinvigorate them the following year. A native of South Africa, this plant prefers well-drained soil of any type in full sun or partial shade. Plants will reach a maximum height of 40cm with a spread of 30cm.
