A newcomer to the 'Elegance' series of Regal Pelargoniums and sure to be a hit amongst our summer bedding range this year. Pelargonium grandiflorum 'Elegance Patricia' not only has larger than average flowers which are produced in abundance from May right through to October, she has a beautifully contrasting colourway too. The pale pink base tones of the petals are dramatically accented by a rich, cherry pink in the centre then highlighted by vibrant mid-pink tones at the central edges. Surely a sight to behold, particularly when viewed against the mid green, serrated foliage underneath.Pelargonium grandiflorum 'Elegance Patricia' will thrive outside all summer long and is equally at home in a container or a planted bed. Plants prefer a site with well-drained soil in full sun or part shade and are drought tolerant once established - reaching a height of 40cm with a spread of 30cm.Often grown as annuals; however, Pelargonium grandiflorum 'Elegance Patricia' is a tender perennial which will return each year if protected from frost over winter in a heated greenhouse or conservatory.
