Iberis

History and Origin:

Iberis is a genus within the Brassicaceae family, native to Eurasia. They are most commonly referred to as ‘Candytufts’. The common name is derived from the place name Candia, the former name of Iraklion on the Island of Crete.

About:

Iberis are annual or perennial sub-shrubs with elegant, thin leaves and flat clusters of attractive white, pink or purple flowers that showcase divine displays during spring and summer. They are best suited to flower beds and borders within cottage and informal gardens or alternatively as container plants on your patios.
