Tell Me More...
A new arrival for 2024 which is perfect for patios, balconies and containers where you can make the most of its sculptural beauty. Scented blooms appear throughout June to August above arrow-shaped delicately speckled foliage which is stunning in its own right. The foliage is retained from March to November – brilliant for filling gaps and creating verdant, architectural interest even without the statuesque blooms. Native to South Africa these creamy white blooms bring an air of elegance and sophistication to your garden. Flowers are incredibly popular with florists too as they are not only full of unusually shaped impact – they are long-lasting too. Zantedeschia ‘Lucy’ is a clump-forming, rhizomatous, perennial which can even be planted as a pond marginal. Prefers a moist, clay or loam based, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. A hardy (H4), herbaceous perennial which reaches a height of up to 70cm and spreads to 30cm.
