Vitax ‘Slug Gone Wool Pellets’ are the organic way to keep slugs and snails away from your plants. Made from British Wool, these pellets form a protective barrier which is easy to use. Simply place the wool pellets in a 10cm wide circle on the soil around the stems of your plants and water in. The pellets swell and form a felt-like mat. Minute fibres within the mat absorb moisture which makes it difficult for the slug to cross, while at the same time the abrasive particles irritate the slug's foot and keeps them from reaching your plants.
