Tell Me More...
Vibrant Salvia Collection brings you sage scented foliage and non-stop flowering from May to November. Blooms are statuesque and deliver exciting shades of pink, from plum to bubblegum, which look fabulous planted 'en masse' as colours will echo and reverberate with each other. Salvia are a 'must-have' for borders, containers, and path edges as well for rockeries and dry gardens. They are drought tolerant once established and exceptionally pollinator friendly.Vibrant Salvia Collection is made up of three varieties: greggii 'Icing Sugar' - an eruption of pink with purple calcyes and stems which reaches a height of 75cm and spreads to 50cm; microphylla 'Dyson's Maroon' in rich, dark plummy maroon with green stems and almost blue calyces which reaches 80cm tall and spreads to 60cm; and 'Naomy Tree' growing up to 1m in height and spreading as much as 80cm, offering soft pink blooms on darker stems. All prefer well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. 'Icing Sugar' is evergreen whilst other varieties are deciduous. 'Dyson's Maroon' is half hardy and needs protection from frost, whilst others are hardy to -10 C.
