Tell Me More...
Verbena ‘Endurascape Red’ is the newest member of the creeping, trailing Verbena Endurascape family. The first Verbena to happily cope with drought, summer heat, and easily cope with winter months, enduring temperatures down to -5°C. Blooming in abundance, a mass of rich, dark pink flowers form large clusters over the pretty, fragrant foliage from June to October. Verbena Endurascape will give you wonderful, long-lasting summer colour for your containers and borders. Hardier than many others, versatile and creeping, Verbena ‘Endurascape Red’ makes excellent weed-suppressing groundcover. Attractive to bees and butterflies, while being deer resistant, Verbena Endurascape prefers to be grown in moist, well-drained soil in sun; they still do very well in part shade. Growing to a height of approximately 25cm and spreading to 60cm, winter protection is only required during the coldest of winters when temperatures dip below -5°C.
