Once thought of as a cottage garden plant, Digitalis have more recently become popular in more modern planting schemes. Spires of trumpet-shaped flowers with dappled interiors appear in succession from May to August. Also known as Foxgloves, the flowers are fantastic for pollinators and other wildlife and make a beautiful inclusion in a bouquet or vase.
