Tell Me More...
An unusual and exciting collaboration of tulips with curled petals and intriguing markings. It may be the eye-catching colours or the exciting form of this Triumph trio which you notice first - either way Tulipa Coronets Collection brings unusually shaped flowers to pots, borders and vases in mid to late spring. Petals are striated, shaded and shimmering - like jewelled princesses dancing through the garden.Tulipa Coronets Collection comprises: newcomer 'Crown of Negrita' with its amethyst-like intensity of colour - flowers in April to May, H: 50cm; another new variety, 'Crown of Dynasty' intensely pink at the tips, fading to paler pink and white at the base, flowers in April, H: 50cm; and 'Striped Crown' - a wonderfully detailed bloom with no two flowers looking the same, flowers April to May, H: 45cm.All tulips prefer well-drained soil in full sun. Hardy, bulbous perennials, with the exception of 'Crown of Negrita' which is fully hardy.
