Secondly, the way that the emerging flowers twist and turn whilst they frill and fluff is not only super but also adorably quirky. The colour palette is the only thing which is low-key about this Parrot Tulip and its cooler green and white tones make it easier to admire the acrobatic shapes of its eye-catching form.
