Tulipa 'Blue Heron' has a gently curved, open cup-shaped flower which has a magical silvery hued interior. A new and unusual bloom which emerges in April to May and reaches up to 60cm in height. Plant with other cooler hued blooms for a blended impact, or with rich reds and yellows for a striking contrast- either way this AGM holding beauty is sure to make an impact.Tulipa 'Blue Heron' prefers to be planted in a spot with well-drained soil in full sun with any aspect other than north facing. A hardy, bulbous perennial which individually spreads up to 15cm.
