Thalictrum flavum 'Tukker Princess' will certainly make an impact in your garden. Tall and robust, extraordinarily colourful stems in shades of purple, green and pink stripes hold flamboyant, soft lemon flumes above lacy blue-green foliage. In the summer breeze, the fluffy panicles dance and sway like bundles of feathers, creating a soothing movement. Bees and butterflies weave about collecting their bounty. Loved by florists, the cut stems create an airy feel to indoor arrangements.Also known as Meadow Rue, these perennials are grown for their attractive deer and rabbit resistant foliage and flowers. Originating from temperate regions worldwide, they can be found growing by streams, in meadows, moist shade and cool mountainous areas. A highly prized variety which holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit for its reliability and outstanding performance.Thalictrum flavum 'Tukker Princess' is a fully hardy perennial with an RHS rating of H7, so will not require winter protection across most of the UK. Prefers to be grown in moist soil in either full sun or partial shade.
