A new collection for 2024. Tempting Phygelius Candy Drops Collection brings you statuesque evergreen shrubs great for filling in gaps in borders or extending interest in a mixed container. From May through to September intriguing, elongated tubular flowers in rich and radiant dolly mixture colours are borne - hence the breeders name for these wonderful varieties of phygelius. Flowers are perfect for bringing long-lasting colour to the garden and also make excellent cutting materials for vases or bouquets. Phygelius are native to South Africa and are hardy to -10 C without any additional winter protection. Tempting Phygelius Candy Drops Collection is comprised of Deep Rose, Red and Tangerine varieties. As evergreen perennials they should keep their foliage throughout winter if planted in well-drained soil with a south-facing aspect and full sun. These determined and robust plants mature to a height of 45cm with a spread of 60cm.
