Our Customer Care team are incredibly busy due to the recent closure of all garden centres, If possible, please shop online as this will help gardeners who rely on their telephone. We’re are working hard to answer all of your queries but please allow up to 10 days for us to reply to your email query.
Our dispatch team live and work on our nursery at the foot of Bredon Hill and are working extra hours to dispatch your plants as soon as possible, throughout this busy period please allow an additional 14 days from the due date on your order confirmation before you start to become concerned.

If, for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, just return it to us within 21 days.
We promise to exchange the item or return the price you paid for the item in full. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Hayloft Plants will not agree to refunding the costs of returning the parcel to us.
