Stimulating Citrus Collection brings a trio of unusual and exciting shrubs or trees to your planting. With exotic, edible fruits often carried at the same time as deliciously scented blossoms - these plants are sure to be noticed. Traditionally fruits are borne from September to December, with blossoms held in spring and summer. However, in the UK it is not uncommon for both to be held at the same time at various points in the calendar year. All plants in the Stimulating Citrus Collection have dark green, glossy, simple foliage which is retained all year - giving enduring interest whatever the season. Plants prefer to be planted in well-drained soil which benefits from full sun. All are tender, evergreen shrubs or trees, best planted in containers so they can be readily moved into a greenhouse or conservatory in when the cold weather arrives (all will need frost protection). This process will also restrict their growth, so most are unlikely to reach their full mature heights and spreads - keeping them more manageable and manoeuvrable.
