Tasselled and tubular flowers bring sweet, spicy and zesty fragrances to fill your garden from December through to April - heightening both your senses and your mood.Statuesque & Scented Collection comprises: Hamamelis x intermedia 'Diane' - an AGM holding beauty with orange-red tassels of flowers from February to March each year, H&S: 4m; Lonicera x purpusii 'Winter Beauty' - a wonderful AGM holding, white honeysuckle with prominent yellow anthers - blooms from December to March, H: 2m S: 2.5m; and Chimonanthus praecox, or Wintersweet, which offers small, spicy scented blooms from December through to April, H: 4m S: 2.5m.Prefer to be planted in moist, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade, with chimonanthus preferring full sun. Hardy, deciduous shrubs that do not need winter protection throughout most of the UK.
