‘Spectacularly Scented Philadelphus Collection’ offers fantastically generous and fragrant flowers which emerge successionally from May to July. Blooms offer heady notes of jasmine and orange blossom as well as visually romantic and classical appeal. Ideal for focal containers and as cut stems in a vase, plants are also perfect in the border, especially near a path or seating area, for maximum impact. Your collection comprises ‘Petite Perfume Pink’ with a compact habit and the pinkest of dainty blooms - H: 1.5m S: 2m; AGM holder, ‘Belle Etoile’ with white blooms up to 5cm wide, tinged with a hint of purple to their centre - H: 1.5m S: 2.5m; and ‘Pearls of Perfume’ the first philadelphus to flower on both current and previous season’s growth for more blooms and perfume -H: 1.2m S: 60cm. The ‘Spectacularly Scented Philadelphus Collection’ prefers to be planted in moist, well-drained soil of any kind in a position with full sun or partial shade. ‘Pearls of Perfume is fully hardy, whilst the others are hardy (H6). All three are herbaceous shrubs.
