The Snow White Collection contains two of the most loved of Snowdrops and their larger cousin the Leucojum. Few sights stir the heart when you see a snowdrop peeking through the late winter snow. They have a magical quality and a fragrance unmatched by other early flowering plants. In this collection the varieties you receive are: Galanthus nivalis f. pleniflorus 'Flore Pleno' - double flowering, scented and flowers before the single varieties; Galanthus nivalis - great for underplanting trees, shrubs, and as many gardeners do plant through lawns in drifts; Leucojum aestivium 'Gravetye Giant' - the larger more dramatic cousin to the snowdrop, which can withstand wet soils and seasonally flooded areas. Great for bog gardens and beside ponds. Cultivar name honours Gravetye Manor, the Sussex home of horticulturist and garden writer William Robinson. The Snow White collection is a must for your garden. Fully hardy and hardy bulbous perennials.
