A fantastic trio of ornamental sage which will add elegant movement to rockeries, containers and herbaceous borders. Aromatic foliage emerges in March and is retained until November with narrow, rough, grey-green leaves creating a contrasting and generous foil to the bright spires of blooms above. Flowers are borne from June through to September as tall flowering spikes with have a strong, upright habit and are often accompanied by colourful calyces to highlight blooms even further. Stems of Smiling Salvia nemorosa Collection are not only beautiful swaying in the breeze outdoors, they are also excellent cut for a vase too.
