This classic Salvia is commonly known as 'Balkan Clary'.The slim flower spikes are densely packed with tiny, vibrant blooms from July until September above mounds of dense, lush dark green foliage.Plant Salvia nemorosa East Friesland towards the front of your border as an attractive way of proving colourful groundcover and texture or filling otherwise bare spaces. This fabulous Salvia will reach an eventual height of 40cm, and a spread of 60cm in a spot receiving full sunshine.Salvia nemorosa East Friesland grows best in fertile, moist, well-drained soil.
