Tell Me More...
Salvia have long been grown for their ornamental beauty, providing tall, slender stems of colourful, open-mouth flowers. Plants often have dark alluring stems which further accent the vibrancy of the blooms which are borne from June to November. The Salubrious Salvia Collection has been carefully chosen to add an extra special wave of warming peach, orange and pink tones to your planting, along with weed-suppressing, ground covering foliage.Salvia are also known to improve memory and heighten your senses. Fragrance alone provides a sensory stimulus and although the Salubrious Salvia Collection is not recommended for human consumption, they do provide a nectar rich feast to bees and other pollinators.Plants prefer a spot in well-drained soil which benefits from full sun or part shade. The two peach varieties are evergreen, half-hardy perennials, whilst 'Brenthurst' is a hardy, herbaceous perennial which will die back over winter and return the following spring.Collection comprises:greggii 'Peach Cobbler' H&S: 90cmcoccinea 'Brenthurst' H&S: 60cm'Peach Parfait' H: 90cm S: 60cm
