Pretty as a picture these sweet, delicately scented flowers emerge in July and Rosa 'Joie de Vivre' will continue to bloom repeatedly from then right through to September. A Floribunda variety which offers large, cup shaped flowers borne in clusters which are perfect for cutting to add to a vase or floral display. This modern, bush rose will happily settle in a generous container as well as a border or path edge, all you need do is deadhead as blooms fade to ensure a continuous supply.So admired and cherished is Rosa 'Joie de Vivre' that the Royal Horticultural Society has bestowed an Award of Garden Merit on it for its outstanding and dependable performance. Plant in a moist, well-drained soil which is rich in organic matter. Ensure that plants received plenty of sunshine and your rose will reach up to 80cm tall, spreading up to 60cm. A fully hardy, deciduous shrub which does not need any winter protection.
