Tell Me More...
Vigorous, repeat-flowering shrub, Rosa 'Buff Beauty' bears large clusters of lightly scented, cupped, fully double, warm apricot flowers, which fade to buff with age. Flowers are medium to large, measuring up to 9cm across. Foliage is produced in abundance, a dense mass of dark green leaves, and stems are smooth and arching. Though classed as a shrub, 'Buff Beauty' can also be trained as a small climber, this versatility lending it to a wide range of situations, from border, container, or hedging, to covering a wall or garden structure. Blooms also have a strong, pleasing fruity fragrance which makes them ideal for inclusion in a vase.Rosa 'Buff Beauty' will tolerate a wide range of conditions, though prefers an open site in full sun, and moderately fertile, humus-rich, moist, well-drained soil. 'Buff Beauty' is known for being tolerant of slightly shadier conditions. H & S 1.3-1.5m. A hardy, deciduous shrub.
