Resplendent Rosa Collection is a fantastic way to elevate and illuminate borders, baskets and containers. Plants in the Resplendent Rosa Collection are hardy, deciduous perennial shrubs whose leaves fall during late autumn and winter then shoots emerge the following spring to recommence the flowering season all over again.
