Tell Me More...
One of the longest flowering varieties, Pulmonaria 'Trevi Fountain' produces cobalt blue flowers with cherry pink accents from as early as February right through to May each year. Pulmonaria are renowned for their intriguing, silvery marked foliage as much, if not more, than their forget-me-not like flowers. This variety holds its leaves from March to September for 7 months of spectacular leaves. Pulmonaria 'Trevi Fountain' will brighten and lighten any shaded spot in your garden which needs a lift with speckled, dappled leaves that have varying degrees of white upon a mid-green background. Plants offer beneficial ground covering weed suppression alongside and will draw pollinators in during flowering periods too. They will happily grow in containers as well as rockeries and naturalise in situ once they are established.Pulmonaria 'Trevi Fountain' is a herbaceous perennial which is hardy enough to not require winter protection. Prefers a site which benefits from moist, well-drained soil in full or part shade and will reach a height and spread of 50cm.
