Tell Me More...
Like other Drift Roses, Rosa 'The Fairy' has been specially bred to stay compact. These large flowered, semi-double fragrant roses are perfect as groundcover in borders or containers and will even grow in your hanging baskets so that you can enjoy them at head height too. Whatever next!A mound-forming, colourful, spreading, neat shrub rose which gives you incredible colour for months on end and prevents those pesky weeds from coming through. A 'Drift Rose' is a cross between a full-size, groundcover rose and a miniature rose.Rosa 'The Fairy' is much loved by bees, amazingly easy to grow and virtually maintenance free. Reaching a height of 60cm, and spreading to approximately 90cm, plants prefer well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Being perennial, you will be enjoying these in your garden for years to come. Rosa 'The Fairy' requires no winter protection, unless you are in the absolute coldest of areas, in which case just add a mulch around the base of the plant.
