Tell Me More...
Penstemon Sour Grapes is one of the most popular Penstemon, often asked for at the shows. Mauve-lilac bell-shaped blooms with white throats streaked purple are held on strong stems from May for six month, often longer. If you only have space for one plant in you garden, this is the plant you should choose. A real must have for any garden, giving you colour for up to six months of the year, sometimes longer. And you won't need to battle against slugs and snails either, as Penstemon are not eaten by any garden pests but are love by bees. They don't even mind drought or heavy rain and are perfect for containers and borders, in sun or part shade.
