Compact and trailing, Pelargonium peltatum 'Cascade Lachs Compact' creates a gentle waterfall from your baskets, window boxes and containers from June to October. An ivy leaf geranium, with distinctive fleshy, dark green, evergreen leaves which are very similar in shape to the native Hedera, hence the common name. Their succulence helps towards their drought tolerance. Usually shown in iconic images of Swiss cottages, with colourful, perky, long-lasting, and hard-wearing blooms. Extremely floriferous and self-cleaning, meaning that spent blooms fall to the ground naturally, so no deadheading required. A South African native, each single blooms consists of 5 long petals and contrasting throat. Loved by bees and butterflies, Pelargonium peltatum 'Cascade Lachs Compact' will reach a height and spread of 50cm, trailing down to around 60cm.
