Tell Me More...
A new variety for 2025 which offers you the perfect way to frame a border or raised bed, as well as ideal for filling baskets and containers. A low-growing, path lining, wonder with generous colour from June to October. Verdant foliage is semi-evergreen so may be retained all year in very mild parts of the UK. Osteospermum ‘Señorita Double Lovely Pink’ is native to South Africa, and commonly known as the Cape Daisy. Stems are long enough to be cut for a vase or posy – so you can add their colour indoors as well as out. More intensely coloured outer petals alongside a pom-pom interior have this hailed as a flamboyant, fuller bloom than many other osteospermum. Plant Osteospermum ‘Señorita Double Lovely Pink’ in well-drained soil of any kind except heavy clay. Position in full sun or partial shade with a south or west facing aspect. Once established these tender (H2) perennials are drought tolerant and reach a height and spread of 20cm.
