Tell Me More...
Nepeta grandiflora 'Dawn to Dusk' is perfect for adding gentle, floriferous beauty to your garden. Just perfect for cottage style planting, yet equally at home in a modern or contemporary setting. This new and exciting pink flowered nepeta is sure to be appreciated by you, your garden visitors, your feline friends, and any visiting pollinators. Nepeta grandiflora 'Dawn to Dusk' is not only unusual in colour, it also bears long, strong stems which should not require staking. Clumps of green foliage with toothed edges are held from April to October and have a strong, herby aroma. Flowers are then borne from June through to September and will be awash with buzzing bees, particularly on sunny days. With 7 months of foliage and 4 months of flowering, this nepeta makes great ground cover for any bare spots in the borders, reaching a height and spread of 50-75cm. It will also thrive in pots and containers if these better suit your needs.Nepeta grandiflora 'Dawn to Dusk' is a hardy herbaceous perennial. Plants are drought tolerant once established and prefer moist, well-drained soil in sun or partial shade.
