Tell Me More...
An exciting newcomer, Narcissus Sunlight Sensation brings a showy and golden abundance of daffodils between April and May each year. Each bulb produces between three and five stems, topped with two or three lightly scented flowers. That makes for multiple stems, with multiple flowers, great for naturalising through lawns, gravel gardens and borders. Also perfect for a container and excellent as cut stems for a vase or bouquet. Plant Narcissus Sunlight Sensation with other spring flowering bulbs such as bluebells, grape hyacinth or dwarf iris for a spectacular display to welcome the season. Strong stems reach up to 35cm tall and strap-shaped foliage is carried from February through to May. Remember to deadhead once flowers fade and allow leaves to die back before removal in order to restore nutrients to the bulb ready for repeat flowering the following year.Narcissus Sunlight Sensation prefers a spot which benefits from well-drained soil and full sun or partial shade. A hardy, bulbous perennial with an individual spread of around 10cm.
