Tell Me More...
Like layers of peach and ivory silk, the petals of Narcissus Delnashaugh are a dreamy combination.A stunning bi-coloured double-daffodil, which flowers slightly later and for longer than many varieties on strong 45cm tall stems. This new variety of daffodil is highly sought-after for its unusual looks. Layer upon layer of ruffled white and soft-apricot petals are surrounded by a perfect collar of larger white petals.Wonderful as cut flowers for their beautiful colouring, incredible stature and delicate perfume, these wonderful narcissi will last up to a week in the vase. Allow them to condition in cold water by themselves overnight if adding to other flowers as the slimy sap which drips from their stems can affect other blooms.Plant your bulbs in autumn at a depth of 15cm on moist, well-drained soil in a sunny spot. Excellent planted in groups, woven between a tapestry of other spring flowering bulbs and incredible growing through a bed of sky-blue forget-me-nots in your garden.
